| Does a 180 count if you just rotate off the back tire? Basically pulling a manual, and rotating the bike while the back tire stays on the ground. While on this topic, what justifies a 180 as a 180? | |

| Basically a 180 is when both tires leave the ground and your bike makes a full 180 degree turn. However their are rules for this if its a 180 fakie you do a full 180 not a 160 and you start pedaling backwards then turn out. With a 180 on a bank you go up and come back down the bank from the opposite way you came. As for pulling a manual and doing a 180 that doesnt sound right your tires should leave the ground what you are referring to is the pivot out process for the fakie. So a 180 is when a bike makes a 180 degree rotation in the air. | |

| yeah pull up real hard and keep the bike rotating in a straight line you dont want to go into a big u shape. You could check out the how to 180 and another thing is it takes alot of your abdominal muscles so you get a 6 pack as an added bonus. Also if you work out your abs it makes them easier. | |
