are all bottom brackets the same size? im new and looking for a cheap one that will work well i need one that's compatible with a microdrive(i dotn know if that matters) and a 2hip '06 soul frame or are all bottom brackets compatible with all frames?

No there are four types of bbs American,mid,spanish,European
You will most likely need an american bb because it is an older frame.
