I'm having issues with my chain. I got it real tight, but when I went to try it out, after half a crank my chain was loose. I don't mean a quarter inch loose, I mean sagging almost an inch. Another half crank and it was tight enough that the chain clinks from getting forced onto the tooth. What the hell is wrong?
