| I know some about bikes but not a bike expert. I wanted to know what parts can i get to make my bike lighter, cooler, and more efficient. If you could just post links to the parts or the name and pictures. And if your gunna post parts make sure i can sue them for this bike. | well if you really want to put alot of money into that bike feel free but in my opion you should just get a whole new bike because gt s are notorious for being super heavy but if you really want to go through with it get a new sprocket, lower your seatpost nd chop it down a bit, youll also want to take off either the front or all brakes and also remove your gyro and maybe get some bigger bars because it is easier to bunnyhop and wheelie/manual with bigger bars becayse of balance | |

| Um, building a whole new bike out of nice parts will run you $700-$1000. If you want to get a nice complete, you could get it for around $300. We need to know your price range so we can help you out a little better. | |

| Yeah just build up from a more solid bike over time. The gt is not worth building up for obvious reasons. | |

| Again, I have to ask a price range, so we can suggest a bike to build off of. | |

| Yeah definitely go with either of the pedals that Steez suggested. It's all preference on whether or not you want to sacrifice durability for weight. Metal obviously being the heavier more durable pedals and plastic being the flimsier lighter pedals.
If you do intend on buying a new bike, don't bother buying any of these things for your old bike. Your new bike will already have decent parts (depending on model) that will have minimal replacement necassary. | |

| i probably wont but a new bike until probably summer. Due to the fact im 14 and i can only work so many hours. And my parents dont wanna waste money on something they think im gunna give up. And im looking for a bike that is light. but has a gyro. that i can grind with and just use for riding around. thanks 4 the help everybody. and i like the metal pedals u suggested. i was gunna go with metal oddysey pedals but those look nicer. thanks. peace out | |
